Telecoms Engineer
(National Capital Reg)
   * Primary role is to provide Telephony support to clients at North America during US business off-hours
    * Ticket Queue(s) Daily Management
    * 1st Line Issue Resolution
    * Activations/modifications/deletions to voice system (T1s, IDs, PBX/CMS logins, Vectors/VDN, Skill, others)
    * Maintains & monitors multiple equipment types.
    * Maintains & monitors site documentation changes
    * Outage/Issue Conference Calls
    * Vendor/Carrier escalation
    * Telephony deployments, activations, or projects
    * Knowledge in the Avaya PABX system and its functionality.
    * Experience in handling CMS, voice mail, IVR, voice recording and CTI servers
    * Knowledge with VOIP system/IP Telephony
    * Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
    * Skills to encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism and respect
    * Time and project management skills.
    * Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours. Willing to work on weekends
    * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    * Avaya certification is a plus
    * Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedule preferabbly graveyard shift.
